The fate of two intertwined as one.

The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild has left me without breath. The game looks stunning and handles like a dream, as always Nintendo never fails to impress when it comes to Zelda. The story is fantastic and when you have all of Hyrule to explore you end up getting sidetracked in this beautiful, rich land. Though this game has been released since March 3 we are here to do a personal review.

Nice Shot!

Breath of the Wild takes place 100 years after the fall of Hyrule to the Calamity Ganon. Link, being the princesses appointed knight, was brought to the brink of death after defending Zelda. He woke up after 100 years in a resurrection chamber but his memory has been wiped due to the duration of being in the chamber for so long. It is now your job to establish peace and order to Hyrule. You must recapture the four Divine Beast, reclaim the Master Sword and your memories then face off with Calamity Ganon for one final time.

Looks like someone is brewing up a delightful meal!

This game is absolutely amazing and we would highly recommend this for everyone who loves Zelda or for those who simply want to try it out. Even when there are no monsters to fight at the moment you can get caught up in the most simplest of quest or exploration. Cooking is a must in the game it’s also exciting to see what new recipe you’ve created with the new ingredients. Gathering the different makings was rather delightful and being able to cook multiple recipes was a joy! The cooking aspect was defiantly a favorite of the game. The combat and boss battles were flawless and the different dungeons and puzzles keep you hooked in the game. We here at GDN can’t wait to see what else is in store for Zelda series.

Breath of the Wild deserves the fantastic ratings it has received. This game has surpassed my expectations and left me speechless and wanting more. For those who have not played the game do yourself a favor and pick up The Legend of Zelda : Breath of The Wild.
